On Sunday, I will run my first recreational run. My first 5k. Hopefully my first in a long list to come. The most I've run is two miles. I've not trained hard and my running sine I've decided to do this about a month ago has been sporadic at best. But I'm so super pumped to do this! I'm not calling it a race because I'm not doing it to race others. I'm doing it to prove that I can and I'm doing it to really set the tone for the healthier me I'm becoming.
