Holy cow! I've not posted since May! SO MUCH has changed and happened since then.
I am happily living in Columbia with some fabulous roommates.
I am still sponsoring Agnes.
I am working at Walgreens... and as an instructional aide for first grade at a WONDERFUL school here in Columbia. It's not my own classroom but it's something and it will be enough for now.
I've gotten certified to teach Special Ed. (Not only rocked the Praxis but completely kicked it's ass.)
I rebroke up with my ex-boyfriend when we weren't even dating. Yeah, I'm that talented. Or awkward. You decide.
I miss Osage, the lake, and my friends there dearly but I am completely satisfied with my current position.
Our church will be beginning services in less than a month! How awesome to be a part of a starting church.
I am still working on decreasing my debt.
But the hospital bills and the dental bills are making that a little hard.
I had surgery... again. A tooth was pulled during the surgery and so a little part of me is missing. Also, I broke a tooth eating a granola bar. I'm hardcore like that. A root canal in December is lined up for me as well as having my wisdom teeth removed. I'm excited. Not. But it will all be fine.
I'll have dental insurance in December! A first for me in a long long time.
Also, I kind of have a wee bit of a crush on a completely inconvenient guy.... being that he lives way too far away.
Live is pretty good even with the bad days, I'm pretty darn happy.
